Oral Allergy Syndrome (Pollen Food Syndrome)

Pollens Food syndrome is a common iGE mediated food allergy with immediate mild symptoms usually oropharyngral tingling type to raw plant foods (cooked foods are usually tolerated). In most cases allergy testing and secondary care referral is not needed.
